Cédric is a cofounder of FoodPilot. Trained in hotel and restaurant management in France, he honed his craft in multiple restaurants and hotels before moving to Quebec. In 2005, he founded Terroirs Québec, the first e-commerce shop dedicated to Québécois local products, which he sold in 2019. Former Director of Technology at Cook it, he now leads AI Ops at a Montreal startup, bringing his deep experience in e-commerce and food to FoodPilot.
